El spam lleva mucho tiempo en nuestras vidas. Es una de las técnicas mas utilizadas hoy en día y es rentable, ya que aún al día de hoy, las personas son vulnerables ante ésta actividad con fines maliciosos.
Una de las técnicas más utilizadas es la ingeniería social por medio del correo electrónico, y los usuarios son víctimas de la falta de atención, dejandose llevar por el miedo y la desesperación, llegando a cometer errores, que benefician y mantienen a esta actividad.
El spammer o persona que realiza éstas actividades maliciosas, utiliza temas actuales combinados con un mensaje de alerta que infunde miedo. Éste método va acompañado de un mail engañoso, en el cual se agrega al remitente la misma cuenta de destino, asustando aún más a la victima, haciendole creer que realmente se obtuvo acceso a su cuenta y su información, y que en caso de no pagar, se borrará o encriptará la información, lo cual no es cierto.
Es por eso que hoy les traigo otra alerta de este estilo, recibida en estos días, que está asustando a los usuarios.

Este tipo de mails, simulan el robo de la cuenta y propagan el miedo para que se realicen pagos para recuperar la información.
Debe ignorar este tipo de mensajes, marcarlos como spam, y denunciarlos o publicarlos en foros o paginas públicas de seguridad para que todos estemos alertas ante estas actividades y los métodos utilizados.
Ante todo, mantener la calma, informarse copiando el contenido del mail para encontrar mas información al respecto en los buscadores; y sobre todo, algo muy importante, no actuar con desesperación.
